📄 Abstract(原文)

Traditional crafts face severe environmental challenges due to energy-intensive firing processes and hazardous pigments. This study proposes an environmental information system framework integrating cultural semantics, material properties, usage scenarios, and recycling potential to guide the green transformation of intangible cultural heritage. Taking Fengxiang clay sculpture jewelry as a case, life cycle assessment and material experiments were conducted to validate modified Eco-PLA (polylactic acid) as a low-carbon substitute, reducing carbon emissions by 41% and controlling color difference within ΔE ≤ 1.8. An online closed-loop monitoring system was established to optimize process parameters in real time, achieving a 97.60% yield rate. Survey data from 212 respondents confirmed that green design significantly enhances cultural identity and purchase intention. This research provides a replicable paradigm for embedding environmental information systems into traditional craft industries.
