モロッコ南部ラーユーンを対象に、太陽光と風力を併設したグリーン水素製造システムをHOMER Proで最適化した技術経済評価。最適構成はPV1.04MW・風力0.44MW(太陽光70.3%・風力29.7%)で、LCOHは5.57ドル/kg、NPCは413万ドルと試算。沿岸南部での再生可能エネルギー由来水素の技術的実現性と経済的妥当性を示し、パイロット事業化への道筋を提示する。

English

A techno-economic optimization of a co-located solar-wind green hydrogen platform in Laâyoune, southern Morocco, using HOMER Pro. The optimal mix is 1.04 MW PV and 0.44 MW wind (70.3% solar, 29.7% wind), yielding an LCOH of $5.57/kg and NPC of $4.13 million. Results confirm technical feasibility and economic relevance for coastal southern Morocco, supporting future pilot-scale deployment.

📄 Abstract(原文)

Morocco is rapidly positioning green hydrogen as a core pillar of its sustainable energy transition, heavily bolstered by the strategic framework of the "Morocco Offer". This study presents a comprehensive techno-economic assessment and system optimization for a co-located solarwind green hydrogen production platform situated in Laâyoune, southern Morocco. Using HOMER Pro simulation software, the research evaluates the optimal sizing, energy mix, and financial viability of supplying continuous green hydrogen generation tailored to regional industrial applications. The simulation results reveal an optimal configuration comprising 1.04 MW of photovoltaic capacity and 0.44 MW of wind turbine capacity, achieving a balanced renewable energy mix dominated by 70.3% solar and 29.7% wind contributions. The economic analysis indicates a baseline Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCOH) of 5.57$/kg and a Net Present Cost (NPC) of 4.13$ million. These findings confirm the strong technical feasibility and economic relevance of deploying renewable-powered hydrogen systems in coastal southern Morocco, paving the way for future pilot-scale realizations.
