This paper constructs an evaluation system for environmental, economic, and service performance based on the GLEC Framework and ISO 14083 for a Chinese logistics company. Using LCA, AHP, and transport mode optimization, it proposes a low-carbon model integrating electrification, multimodal transport, energy efficiency, and digital control. Carbon accounting shows current fleet emissions are reduced relative to an all-diesel baseline, with further abatement possible through EV adoption and rail-road intermodal shift. AHP weights indicate environmental performance is prioritized, highlighting the need to balance cost and service quality.

📄 Abstract(原文)
Under the carbon peak and neutrality goals, the logistics industry must develop replicable low-carbon pathways. Taking a typical logistics company in Wuhan as a case, this study constructs an evaluation system for environmental, economic, and service performance based on the GLEC Framework and ISO 14083. Using LCA, AHP, and a transport mode optimization model, it proposes an integrated low-carbon model combining electrification, multimodal transport, energy efficiency management, and digital control. Carbon accounting indicates that the current fleet has achieved notable emission reductions relative to an all-diesel baseline. Scenario analysis suggests that large-scale electric vehicle adoption and a shift toward rail-road intermodal transport could yield significant additional abatement. AHP weight analysis shows environmental performance receives the highest weight, followed by economic and service performance, indicating the need to balance cost and service quality in the low-carbon transition. The evaluation framework and optimization approach offer a replicable reference for similar logistics enterprises.
