This record provides Data S1, the machine-readable evidence ledger supporting a systematic review of additionality, temporal-matching, and spatial-eligibility rules for grid-connected electrolytic hydrogen. Data S1 version 2.1 supersedes the evidence record released in version 1.0. Data S1 covers 60 study-model experiments, including 46 reporting within-study rule contrasts. The workbook contains: 565 source-verified rule contrasts and 18 network-mechanism comparisons, with scenario identifiers covering 780 scenarios Typed value provenance, reading resolutions, cost definitions, and accounting streams for the extracted contrasts Record-level verification documentation, including independent source checks and adjudication records 660 model-appraisal judgments across 60 experiments and 11 domains, including initial ratings, source locators, and adjudication rationales Revision-stage search records, full-text decisions, reporting-recovery pilot records, and a transferability matrix Generated analysis sheets covering joint emissions-cost pairs, robustness specifications, reading-precision sensitivity, denominators, and appraisal summaries A documented change log describing corrections and updates since version 1.0 Version 2.1 also corrects historical extraction and appraisal metadata labels to reflect the author-led verification process.
