📄 Abstract（原文）

This report provides a summary of the modelling case studies conducted across East Africa under the OpenMod4Africa (OM4A) project. A total of 14 case studies has been conducted using the OM4A modelling toolbox (GENeSYS-MOD, openTEPES, Plan4RES, EV-PV, GTFS4EV and OnSSET). The analyses range from city- and country-level analysis in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda to region-level analysis spanning all 13 countries across the Eastern African Power Pool (EAPP). The case studies evaluate long-term energy system planning, rural spatial electrification pathways and transport electrification planning. The modelling framework provides an open-source, multi-model approach to assess long-term energy pathways across East Africa.
