Key interventions include tree planting, environmental education, water conservation, waste management, and resilience-building programs. These initiatives have enhanced environmental awareness, community participation, and ecological restoration. However, challenges such as limited resources, low participation, inadequate training, and weak coordination hinder effectiveness. The study concludes that the Catholic Church is an important local actor in climate action and recommends strengthening institutions, improving environmental education, integrating indigenous knowledge, and expanding partnerships for sustainability.
