This study examines the relationship between decarbonization and firm financial performance through the lenses of supply chain transparency and resilience. It investigates how disclosure of supply chain emissions and the ability to withstand shocks affect financial outcomes. Empirical analysis suggests that enhancing transparency and resilience can help align decarbonization with financial performance.
