📄 Abstract(原文)
Energy has re-emerged as a critical strategic variable shaping the configuration and performance of global supply chains amid heightened price volatility, geopolitical disruption, and accelerating decarbonization pressures. While prior research has examined supply chain resilience and energy transition largely in isolation, limited integrative insight exists into how energy strategy systematically influences supply chain design, governance, and long-term competitiveness. This paper addresses this gap through a strategic review of interdisciplinary literature at the intersection of energy strategy, global supply chains, and public policy. Drawing on a structured synthesis of existing studies, the paper develops an integrative conceptual framework that positions supply chains as active instruments of energy strategy rather than passive energy consumers. The analysis identifies three dominant strategic pathways through which firms and policymakers respond to energy system uncertainty and transition pressures. The framework further highlights the moderating role of energy and industrial policy in shaping strategic pathway selection and system level outcomes. By reframing global supply chains as central actors in energy system evolution, this review contributes to energy strategy scholarship by bridging fragmented debates across supply chain management, energy policy, and transition studies. The findings offer actionable insights for decision makers seeking to align supply chain strategy with energy security objectives and long term decarbonization pathways. Keywords: Energy Strategy, Global Supply Chains, Energy Transition, Supply Chain Resilience, Energy Policy.
