📄 Abstract(原文)
Biomass-derived fuels and chemicals have attracted considerable attention for their benefits, including economical, ecofriendly, nontoxic, and renewable. This chapter will focused on the preparation and characterization of biomass-derived carbon dots, biomass fuels, and biochar. Part I review details the synthesis of carbon dots from green sources such as plants parts and waste. Renewable sources such as biofuels show a potential usage with low carbon dioxide emission, less polluting and can be created from biomass in the forms of organic waste. Part II aims to review the various sources of biofuels and the methods used in the production, and discuss its advantages and sustainability. Biochar, a carbon-rich material produced from the pyrolysis of organic biomass, has gained significant attention as a potential solution for sustainable green remediation practices. Part III aims delving into the diverse methods of biochar production, highlighting their influence on physical and chemical properties.
