In the global GX context
This chapter provides a broad conceptual map of green finance and climate risk that aligns with TCFD, ISSB, and CSRD disclosure frameworks. It is useful for international readers seeking a consolidated overview of financial products, stress testing, and regulatory trends, though it offers limited novel empirical evidence.

📄 Abstract(原文)
Green finance has become a significant concept in contemporary financial practice, addressing climate change, environmental impact, and related concerns. This chapter is dedicated to exploring the notion of green finance, climate risk, and sustainable financial systems in the context of the digital economy. It provides conceptual details, analyzing green financial products, their role in institutional practices, and the impact of climate risk regulation. The key messages of the chapter reveal the importance of the shift towards sustainable finance, including the understanding that climate risk equals financial risk. The impact of this shift is enormous, as more than USD 39.08 tn of ESG assets and more than USD 4 tn of climate bonds are expected to be managed worldwide by 2025. The chapter also discusses the three types of climate risks, the role of climate stress tests, and the details of regulation and liability risk. Attention is paid to the overview and analysis of green financial products such as green bonds, sustainability-linked bonds, green loans, and carbon markets. The role of ESG incorporation into investment processes, as well as the impact of digitization on climate change, is reviewed as well. Case studies of the Green Deal in the EU, green finance initiatives in China and India, as well as sustainable finance at the corporate level, provide evidence of the trends in sustainable finance around the globe. Although there are barriers to sustainable finance, including the risks of inconsistency and inaccuracy, financial market liberalization, and a lack of relevant data, the chapter concludes with an optimistic note. It states that collaborative work of governmental, corporate, and technological forces can address any challenges on the way to sustainable, inclusive, and prosperous globalization.
