📄 Abstract(原文)
This study examines the interdependence between economic resilience and sustainable economic development in the context of contemporary global transformations. The research highlights that modern economies are increasingly shaped by complex challenges such as climate change, globalization, technological advancement, and recurrent economic crises, which require integrated and adaptive development models. Moving beyond traditional growth-oriented paradigms, the paper emphasizes the necessity of incorporating sustainability, social equity, and environmental considerations into economic decision-making processes. The concept of sustainable economic development is analyzed through the lens of the Triple Bottom Line framework, which integrates economic performance, social well-being, and environmental protection. In this context, the transition toward green growth, circular economy models, and the efficient use of resources is identified as a key pathway for achieving long-term economic stability. Furthermore, the study underlines the role of innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable finance mechanisms in supporting this transition and enhancing economic adaptability. Economic resilience is explored as a fundamental attribute of modern economic systems, defined by the capacity to absorb shocks, adapt to structural changes, and recover from crises. The paper distinguishes between passive and active resilience, emphasizing the importance of adaptive and transformative capacities in ensuring long-term sustainability. Particular attention is given to the role of businesses and public policies in fostering resilient and sustainable systems, highlighting the contribution of institutional frameworks, innovation strategies, and investment in human and physical capital. Additionally, the research addresses the role of agriculture in sustainable development, emphasizing its dual function as both an economic sector and a key component of environmental systems. The analysis of European and U.S. agricultural policies illustrates the increasing integration of environmental objectives into economic governance through instruments aimed at promoting sustainable practices and resource efficiency. The findings suggest that sustainability and resilience are complementary and mutually reinforcing concepts, forming the foundation of modern economic development strategies oriented toward long-term stability, competitiveness, and societal well-being.
