📄 Abstract(原文)
The financing of green projects is increasingly recognised as a central pillar of the global transition to a sustainable economy. This paper explores the innovative financial instruments and mechanisms applied in green project financing, as well as the key challenges that continue to hinder their scaling. Drawing on empirical studies and recent literature, the analysis identifies instruments such as green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, crowdfunding, credit guarantee schemes, and blended finance models. At the same time, major obstacles include low rates of return, high investment risk, insufficient long-term financing, weak regulatory frameworks, inconsistency in definitions and standards, and potential green-washing. For instance, Taghizadeh-Hesary & Yoshino (2020) highlight that renewable energy projects often suffer from lower returns and higher risks compared to fossil fuel alternatives. The paper concludes with policy recommendations aimed at enhancing regulatory clarity, supporting de-risking mechanisms, and encouraging public-private collaboration to mobilise capital at scale.
