This project deliverable presents the five policy briefs developed by the CircEUlar project and the process through which they were defined and produced. It provides an overview of their content and evidence base, synthesises the cross-cutting key messages and policy recommendations emerging across the series. It also outlines the policy brief drafting process and how their development was embedded within CircEUlar’s policy dialogue process and the wider stakeholder engagement.
