📄 Abstract(原文)
As a key technology for enhancing the intelligence level of power systems, the construction of a standard system for the Power Distribution Internet of Things (PD-IoT) has become crucial for promoting industry development. However, there is a significant lack of standards in areas related to carbon neutrality goals, such as carbon emission management and new energy integration. To advance the updating and establishment of these standards, this paper studies the improvement path for PD-IoT standards, following the basic principles of systemization, coordination, dynamism, and leadership. Secondly, based on existing PD-IoT operational standards, this paper constructs a new, comprehensive economic evaluation index system that covers multiple key dimensions. Finally, this paper establishes an economic evaluation model for the PD-IoT using research methods such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, and single-factor fuzzy assessment.
