📄 Abstract（原文）

This record contains the replication materials for a doctoral study examining the relationships between institutional, state, corporate and foreign ownership, ESG performance and annual-report ESG disclosure among European listed banks. The archive contains Python and Stata code for data preparation, descriptive analysis, panel diagnostics, fixed-effects estimation, first-difference models, System GMM, inverse-probability weighting, placebo tests, textual analysis and qualitative passage extraction. It also contains shareable derived textual scores, variable definitions, sample information and principal reference results. The raw LSEG Workspace panel is excluded because it is commercially licensed.
