本稿は、食品ロス・廃棄物（FLW）の削減を通じて温室効果ガス排出を低減するバリューチェーン介入を、生産者から消費段階まで横断的に検討する。農業生産・流通・小売・消費の各段階での介入が排出削減と資源効率にどう寄与するかを論じる。Scope 3排出や食品サプライチェーンの脱炭素に関心を持つ実務者に示唆を与える。

This work examines value-chain interventions to cut greenhouse gas emissions by reducing food loss and waste, spanning from farm production through distribution, retail and consumption. It links FLW reduction to emissions abatement and resource efficiency across the food supply chain. Relevant to Scope 3 accounting and food-sector decarbonization.
