📄 Abstract(原文)
The article examines methodological aspects of the development of the market for eco-innovative green construction projects within the framework of the post-war reconstruction of the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine. The need to integrate economic, environmental and social aspects based on such principles as systems thinking, life cycle analysis, decarbonization, ESG orientation, adaptation to climate risks, economic efficiency and sustainability is emphasized. A conceptual model is proposed that includes input factors (investments, government support, international financing, technologies), main processes (design, financing, green procurement, certification) and expected results (decarbonization, efficient use of resources, competitiveness, climate sustainability). The practical importance of increasing energy efficiency, reducing the carbon footprint, optimizing resource use and increasing the investment attractiveness of the agro-industrial sector is emphasized. Further research directions include the development of integrated performance assessment methodologies, digital monitoring platforms and adaptive regulatory frameworks, aligned with international best practices and adapted to the specific conditions of Ukraine. This comprehensive approach aims to promote sustainable recovery and long-term green growth of the agro-industrial sector in the post-conflict period.
