This paper proposes a low-carbon operational decision-making method for computing-energy parks using large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent collaboration. A dynamic carbon emission factor (DCEF) captures time-varying carbon signals, and agents perceive carbon status, task flexibility, and resource availability. An LLM-driven coordinator generates interpretable scheduling decisions, and a benefit-driven workload migration strategy executes low-carbon operation. Simulations show a 2.20% carbon reduction compared to conventional DCEF-threshold methods, demonstrating effectiveness and interpretability.

📄 Abstract(原文)
With the rapid growth of computing loads, computing-energy parks are under increasing pressure to achieve low-carbon and efficient operation. This paper proposes a low-carbon operational decision-making method for computing-energy parks based on large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent collaboration. A dynamic carbon emission factor (DCEF) is introduced to characterize time-varying carbon signals, while multiple agents are designed to perceive carbon status, task flexibility, and resource availability. Based on these inputs, an LLM-driven coordinator generates interpretable scheduling decisions, and a benefit-driven workload migration strategy is used to execute low-carbon operation under capacity constraints. Simulation results show that, compared with the conventional DCEF-threshold-based method, the proposed approach reduces total carbon emissions from 28,194.56 kgCO2 to 27,574.43 kgCO2, achieving a 2.20% improvement in carbon reduction. The proposed method provides an effective and interpretable solution for low-carbon operation of computing-energy parks.
