📄 Abstract(原文)

Relying solely on the traditional narrow framework of climate finance is no longer sufficient to comprehensively analyze today’s complex and evolving climate financing landscape. A thorough and clear understanding of the flows, drivers, and trends of global climate finance serves as a critical guarantee for achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement. From an inclusive perspective, this paper redefines the operational space of climate finance and establishes an analytical framework which encompasses multiple actors— government, market, and society—to identify more innovative actors and models, analyze the latest developments in the structure, participants, and flow characteristics of global climate finance, and present a full panorama of current global climate change finance. The study reveals that the current climate finance system is transitioning from the traditional “public assistance” model to “multi-stakeholder collaboration, ” highlighting the importance of institutional innovation and diversified cooperation in advancing an efficient, equitable, and sustainable climate finance system.
