都市の自然基盤ソリューション（NBS）が高齢者（60歳以上）の健康に与える影響を、直接測定された人間応答に限定してマッピングする系統的レビュー。NBS介入から環境変化、曝露、熱知覚・生理・心理・行動・機能・臨床アウトカムまでのエビデンス連鎖を整理し、どこで途切れるかを特定する。環境変化のみ、モデル推計のみ、一般的な緑被曝のみの研究は除外し別途集計する。

A systematic review and climate-sensitive evidence map of urban nature-based solutions (NBS) and directly measured health responses in adults aged 60+. It traces evidence chains from NBS intervention through environmental change and human exposure to thermal, physiological, psychological, behavioural, functional and clinical outcomes, identifying where chains break. Studies reporting only environmental change, modelled estimates, or generic greenness exposure are excluded and counted separately.
