Python and R scripts that rebuild the firm–year panel and produce every estimate, table and figure of the article "Beyond Disclosure" (MDPI Systems, manuscript systems-4610167). Includes the concept matcher, sample-construction and exclusion rules, the EPA GHGRP and OSHA ITA linking rules and accepted links, the human-annotation guidelines, labels and adjudications, and the validation metrics. The S&P 500 report corpus, Sustainalytics scores, ESGSenticNet knowledge base and DAX media corpus are not redistributed because of their licences; the README explains where to obtain them.
