📄 Abstract（原文）
The nexus of sustainability needs and digital change has become one of the hallmarks of modern organizational strategy. The growing intensity of environmental pressures, resource demands, and regulatory requirements has amplified the urgency towards sustainable creativity, with changes in digital technologies like artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, big data analytics, and blockchain becoming the scramble and redefinition of operational and strategic capacity within industries in quick succession. However, although the field of study in both areas is gaining momentum, novel studies are incomplete, and few integrative models exist explaining the systematic manner in which digital solutions provide support to sustainable innovation. This paper will seek to understand how digital technologies can drive a process of environmental and economic sustainability in organizations. The study is characterized by the use of the qualitative secondary research design that presupposes the systematic review of peer-reviewed research published between 2010 and 2025. Thematic analysis was employed to determine the repeating patterns and conceptual connections. According to the findings, the digital solutions facilitate sustainable innovation in four important ways: optimization of resources and reduced use of energy, innovation of the business model based on the circular economy, and transformation of the organizational capacity. The research paper adds an integrative conceptual view of digital transformation and sustainability theory. At the managerial and policy front, it shows the need to harmonize digital investments, organizational capabilities, and sustainability measures so as to have a long-term systemic impact.
