Central to this transition is the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), which present a unique opportunity to address environmental concerns and reduce dependence on fossil fuels. This paper examines the role of EVs in fostering a circular economy in India, focusing on key aspects such as battery recycling, the life cycle of EV components, and the reduction of fossil fuel dependence. We analyze the Indian government's approach to promote EVs through policy initiatives, subsidies, and infrastructure development, and we highlight the nation's commitment to sustainable transportation.
