Replication package for the manuscript “The Electrification Trap: Grid Carbon Intensity and the Geopolitics of Industrial Decarbonisation in the EU” (A. Dominiak; submitted to Energy Policy, 2026). Code, raw and frozen data extracts (Eurostat, KOBiZE, EUTL, URE, PSE), outputs and provenance records reproducing every number, table and figure of the article and Supplementary Materials A–C: break-even grid emission factor thresholds (Eq. 1) with a Monte Carlo global sensitivity propagation; the harmonised production-based grid emission factor for five EU Member States (electricity-only plants plus CHP fuel allocated by reference efficiencies, heat-only plants excluded); the corrected-series check of the 2005–2013 reconstruction of the Polish series; the four-country panel diagnostic with a country-level wild cluster bootstrap; all four figures; and an automated QA gate that checks 69 reported numbers against the computed outputs.
