📄 Abstract(原文)

The article analyses the economic conditions for the transition of Russia’s tourism sector to a green economy model. Based on data from Rosstat, the Ministry of Economic Development, and the Ministry of Natural Resources, the current state of domestic tourism is characterised and a contradiction between the growth of tourist flows and the degradation of the natural resource base is identified. Three groups of constraining factors are considered: financial, institutional, and infrastructural. A set of measures is proposed, including the greening of tourism pricing, the development of a certification system for tourist facilities, and the expansion of green finance practices. It is concluded that without incorporating environmental costs into the economics of tourism enterprises, the transition to a sustainable model remains declarative.
