В статье рассматривается эволюция финансов на примере корпораций, вызванная сменой парадигмы и переходом к Индустрии 5.0. Выявлено, что акцент от ориентации бизнеса на стоимостно-ориентированную модель смещается к человекоцентричной, устойчивой системе создания ценности для всех стейкхолдеров. Проведен контент-анализ научной литературы, дана характеристика этапам развития финансов, проанализировано влияние технологий. Уточнена сущность финансов 5.0, выявлены драйверы и трансформация современного этапа, определены принципы и ограничения в развитии. Использование результатов позволит формировать дорожные карты развития бизнеса. The article examines the evolution of finance using the exampleof corporations, caused by a paradigm shift and the transition to Industry 5.0. It is revealed thatthe focus is shifting from business orientation to a value-based model to a human-centered, sustainable value creation system for all stakeholders. A content analysis of scientific literatureis carried out, the stagesof financial development are characterized, and the impact of technologyis analyzed. The essence of finance 5.0 has been clarified, the drivers and transformation of the current stagehave been identified, principles and limitations in developmenthave been identified.
