📄 Abstract(原文)

CCTS-745 is the first standardized, facility-level research dataset for India's Carbon Credit Trading Scheme (CCTS) , developed by consolidating and harmonizing all publicly notified obligated industrial facilities across Phases I–III of the scheme. The dataset contains 745 industrial facilities spanning 9 industrial sectors and 26 Indian States and Union Territories , constructed exclusively from the official Gazette notifications issued by the Ministry of Power, Government of India (G.S.R. 739(E), G.S.R. 25(E), and G.S.R. 517(E)). Each facility record includes standardized identifiers, sector classification, geographic location, baseline production, greenhouse gas emission intensity (GEI), FY 2026–27 target GEI, derived baseline greenhouse gas emissions, required emission reductions, and associated metadata. The dataset was developed through a reproducible workflow involving data extraction, standardization, entity resolution, validation, and deterministic emissions calculations. In addition to the dataset, this repository includes the accompanying research manuscript, documentation, figures, and supplementary materials describing the methodology, validation procedures, descriptive statistics, concentration analyses, and potential applications. CCTS-745 is intended to serve as an open research resource for studies in carbon markets, industrial decarbonization, climate policy, energy systems, environmental data science, industrial ecology, and monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV). Potential applications include compliance-market analysis, emissions benchmarking, policy evaluation, technology prioritization, optimization, life-cycle assessment, and machine learning.
