📄 Abstract(原文)
Article investigates the strategic and quantitative role of human capital innovations in accelerating sustainable socioeconomic development and facilitating the integration of green energy technologies within the global energy sector. As a foundational component of modern economies, the energy industry supports industrial production, transportation networks, and essential societal infrastructure. In the midst of the global shift toward sustainability, strengthening human capital—through advanced managerial practices, capacity building, and data-driven decision-making—has become increasingly vital as organizations adopt renewable and low-carbon energy systems. Using a bibliometric and scientometric approach, this study examines a broad range of academic publications, including journal articles, conference proceedings, and book chapters sourced from major scholarly databases. Through VOSviewer-based network clustering and quantitative mapping techniques, the research identifies key thematic patterns, knowledge structures, and emerging trajectories within the field. The findings indicate that human capital development—reinforced by managerial innovation, mathematical modelling, and quantitative evaluation frameworks—serves as a crucial driver of sustainable growth and operational efficiency across the global energy landscape. The growing academic focus on human capital in the energy sector, both within Russia and the wider international community, highlights the increasing importance of skilled, innovative, and analytically proficient human resources in enhancing green energy transitions and informing future policy directions. Overall, the study underscores the need for integrated managerial strategies and analytical tools to strengthen human capital capabilities, improve organizational performance, and support a resilient, sustainable, and technologically advanced energy ecosystem.
