This study uses a randomized controlled trial to test an intervention aimed at improving leaders' sustainable finance literacy. Drawing on the peripheral and central elaboration framework from persuasion theory, it empirically examines how training design shapes financial literacy and decision-making. It offers practical implications for effective sustainable finance capacity building.
