📄 Abstract(原文)

Green energy policies are increasingly recognized as critical instruments for achieving sustainable development goals, mitigating climate change, and ensuring long-term energy security. Over the past decades, research on this topic has expanded considerably, encompassing diverse geographical contexts and thematic dimensions. Existing studies have examined multiple scales - from China’s policy-driven green innovation and Europe’s energy sovereignty strategies to renewable energy transitions in developing Asia, Latin America, Ukraine, and OECD countries - while addressing key themes such as policy design and effectiveness, technological innovation, green finance, circular economy approaches, and the socio-economic as well as geopolitical implications of the global energy transition. Despite this growing body of literature, knowledge in the field remains dispersed, with limited efforts to consolidate existing evidence and systematically map its intellectual structure. To address this gap, this study employs a bibliometric approach to analyze 744 articles indexed in Scopus from 1998 to 2023. The results reveal a steady increase in scholarly output, with a marked surge in interest since 2015, reflecting the rising global emphasis on green energy policies as pivotal tools for low-carbon development. The analysis further identifies influential countries, leading authors, high-impact journals, and landmark publications shaping this research domain, along with five dominant thematic clusters: (1) energy systems, (2) global energy challenges, (3) comprehensive energy management, (4) energy security, and (5) sustainable development. In summary, this study provides a comprehensive overview of the global knowledge base on green energy policy and offers valuable implications for academics, policymakers, and practitioners seeking to optimize policy frameworks, enhance investment mechanisms, and accelerate the transition toward sustainable energy systems worldwide.
