The results reveal a steady increase in scholarly output, with a marked surge in interest since 2015, reflecting the rising global emphasis on green energy policies as pivotal tools for low-carbon development. The analysis further identifies influential countries, leading authors, high-impact journals, and landmark publications shaping this research domain, along with five dominant thematic clusters: (1) energy systems, (2) global energy challenges, (3) comprehensive energy management, (4) energy security, and (5) sustainable development.
