Can all so‑called carbon reduction measures truly mitigate climate warming?</i></b>To answer these two fundamental propositions,myworkrevealsthat the essence of the carbon cycle lies in the inverse balance of oxidation-reduction reactions involving carbon compounds, known as the <b>carbon balance</b><b> model</b>.Subsequently, it evolved into a<b>carbon imbalance</b>, then<b>carbon rebalancing pattern.</b>Based on carbon balance theory, this paper establishes a methodology for implementing carbon rebalancing strategies: the three pathways for carbon rebalancing and how to execute them within regulatory frameworks.
