This record contains the poster presentation tutled  ''Study of light-induced changes in the optoelectronic quality of Ga-doped silicon wafers'' , presented at the SiliconPV Conference 2026, Turkey. This research was funded by the Clean Energy Transition Partnership under the 2023 joint call for research proposals, co-funded by the European Commission (GA N°101069750) and with the Spanish Research Agency MICIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 through the TANDEM Project (PCI2024-155050-2).
