📄 Abstract（原文）

Disclosing carbon emission in Scope 3 is essential to mitigate pollution… blockchain technology can enhance the disclosure. However, the effect of blockchain technology on Scope 3 carbon disclosure remains unknown due to a lack of empirical evidence. Drawing upon the coordination theory, we posit that blockchain technology serves as an effective mechanism for the coordination among supply chain members on gathering carbon emission data, promoting Scope 3 carbon disclosure. Further, data processing-related digital technologies (AI, cloud computing, BDA) strengthen the coordination role of blockchain.
