English
This chapter examines how Green FinTech—digital sustainable finance tools—facilitates renewable energy investment and climate mitigation within a three-dimensional corporate performance paradigm (financial, operational, sustainability). Drawing on stakeholder, legitimacy, and institutional theories, it explains why firms adopt Green FinTech and under what governance conditions adoption yields genuine climate action rather than rebranding. A conceptual framework links institutional pressures, adoption, renewable transition, and multi-agent governance.

📝 gxceed 編集解説 — Why this matters
In the global GX context
Amid TCFD/ISSB/CSRD-driven disclosure and transition finance growth, this chapter offers a governance lens on when digital sustainable finance tools translate into real decarbonization versus greenwashing—relevant to global debates on the integrity of green financial infrastructure.

📄 Abstract(原文)
Financial systems have long directed capital toward fossil fuels not out of intent, but because the infrastructure for doing otherwise barely existed. Green Financial Technology (Green FinTech) is rebuilding that infrastructure. This chapter examines how digital sustainable finance tools facilitate renewable energy investment and advance climate mitigation within a three-dimensional corporate performance paradigm that includes financial, operational and sustainability outcomes. Drawing on stakeholder theory, legitimacy theory, and institutional theory, the chapter explains why organizations adopt Green FinTech and under what governance conditions adoption translates into genuine climate action rather than rebranding. A conceptual framework is proposed linking institutional pressures, Green FinTech adoption, renewable energy transition, and multi-agent governance settings, with explicit attention to climate mitigation as an emergent systemic linkage. Implications are developed for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers.
