📄 Abstract(原文)
This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of fiscal instruments for financing the green economy transition in the Republic of Tajikistan in the context of implementing the Green Economy Development Strategy for 2023–2037. Based on current statistical data and regulatory documents, the dynamics of budget financing of key green economy sectors are examined, and the set of tax incentives and stimuli for renewable energy introduced by the 2024 amendments to the Tax Code of the country are systematised, including tax exemptions on imports of solar energy equipment and accelerated depreciation schedules for renewable energy assets. Special attention is paid to the pivotal role of international financial institutions (ADB, EBRD, IMF, World Bank) in the aggregate financing of the green transition. Within the empirical analysis, a panel econometric study is conducted on unbalanced data from 9 post-Soviet states for 2000–2024 using the Feasible Generalised Least Squares (FGLS) method with cross-sectional heteroskeda
