This document accompanies the manuscript. It and the underlying research data are deposited together here under the single digital object identifier cited in the Data Availability Statement and in the submission questions.The record holds two distinct categories of material, and they are kept separate here. Part A is the research data of the study: the systematic-review database and the numerical values underlying the figures, supplied as Data Files D1 to D8 in machine-readable form. Parts B and C are the Supplemental Materials: Part B holds the twelve tables of secondary importance to the argument (Tables S1 to S12), reproduced in full with their explanatory notes, and Part C is the unabridged text of the manuscript sections that were condensed for length, retained so that no argument, citation, or qualification is lost.
