English

This paper reframes airports as hydrogen-electric integrated energy hubs, using real flight data to reconstruct a 24-hour baseline load by exploiting battery-swapping and hydrogen-storage flexibility. A Soft Actor-Critic reinforcement learning model then coordinates electricity and hydrogen flows across heterogeneous resources. Simulations show near-optimal long-term scheduling, cutting operational costs and maximizing renewable utilization without perfect future information.

📄 Abstract(原文)

The transition toward aviation decarbonization is transforming airports into hydrogen-electric integrated energy hubs, where rigid flight-driven energy demands and intermittent renewable generation create significant challenges for real-time multi-energy scheduling. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel data-driven optimal scheduling paradigm integrating renewable-oriented load reconstruction and deep reinforcement learning. Real-world flight operational data are first utilized to reconstruct a 24-hour hydrogen-electric baseline load profile by exploiting the temporal flexibility of battery swapping and hydrogen storage, thereby reshaping rigid aviation energy demands into dispatchable loads that naturally align with renewable generation. Based on the reconstructed load, a Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) scheduling model is developed to coordinate electricity and hydrogen flows among heterogeneous energy resources through continuous decision-making. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy achieves near-optimal long-term scheduling performance without requiring perfect future information, significantly reducing operational costs while maximizing renewable utilization. The proposed methodology provides an effective and practical solution for intelligent energy management in next-generation low-carbon airport energy hubs.
