This repository provides the data, audit tables, core-lineage records, controlled vocabularies, case-study inputs and deterministic outputs, figure source data, and versioned analytical code supporting the manuscript “From reported rates to auditable evidence: An evidence audit of mangrove sediment carbon accumulation for blue-carbon MRV”. The repository supports independent inspection of the publication-level evidence-readiness audit and the C24 and SD-8 case demonstrations. Third-party source publications and restricted supplementary files are not redistributed; persistent source identifiers, provenance records, checksums, and legally shareable derived materials are provided instead. The dataset documents a purposively selected 55-publication deep audit and should not be used to infer regional prevalence or a regional mean sediment carbon accumulation rate. Data and documentation are released under CC BY 4.0. Code is distributed under the MIT License. Version 1.1 corrects one publication-level M12 coding record and synchronizes associated missing-code counts and supporting figure/provenance materials. R1–R5 readiness tiers, core-lineage counts, and C24/SD-8 numerical results are unchanged.
