📄 Abstract(原文)
This article analyzes ecological restoration policy and green economy development strategies in the post-war period using the case of the Karabakh region. The study shows that environmental problems caused by armed conflicts-such as soil degradation, water pollution, deforestation, and loss of biodiversity-have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of affected regions. In this context, ecological restoration serves not only as a means of environmental protection but also as a key condition for economic recovery. The article systematically examines the main directions of ecological restoration policy, including environmental assessment, land reclamation, restoration of water and forest resources, strengthening of institutional mechanisms, and the application of modern technologies. It is determined that the comprehensive and coordinated implementation of these measures contributes to sustainable development. At the same time, the green economy model-based on efficient resource use, reduction of carbon emissions, and maintenance of ecological balance-is considered an effective approach for the development of post-conflict regions. The statistical analysis of the Karabakh region demonstrates that the area has rich natural and energy resources. The potential of solar and wind energy, water resources, and arable land provides broad opportunities for the development of a green economy. However, issues such as landmine contamination, damaged infrastructure, and disrupted ecosystems hinder this process. The article substantiates key directions for addressing these challenges, including expanding renewable energy projects, implementing “smart city” and “smart village” concepts, and promoting green technologies. In conclusion, the development of the Karabakh region based on the green economy model is identified as a key strategic approach to ensuring its long-term socio-economic and environmental sustainability.
