Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting is critical for organizations because it ensures transparency and compliance, and supports their sustainability goals. Traditional ESG data collection and reporting frameworks are fragmented, lack scalability and lack real-time analytics. This limits their use in data-driven sustainability decision-making. Cloud platforms provide a flexible and scalable infrastructure that can bring together disparate ESG data sources and enable advanced analysis of sustainability reports. This paper explores the role of cloud platforms in ESG data analytics efficiency and sustainability reporting frameworks. Using various cloud computing capabilities, structured and unstructured ESG data from a variety of sources can be integrated. These sources include a company's supply chain, financial systems, and environmental monitoring.
