📄 Abstract(原文)

This research develops an application-driven optimization framework aimed at minimizing green house gas emissions within Hong Kong's logistics and transport network. By modeling the city’s 18 administrative districts as a dynamic topological graph, the project integrates real-time traffic conditions, localized terrain factors, and macroscopic emission densities into the cost function of an \(A^{*}\) search algorithm. To handle severe local emission spikes, an Environmental Stress Index (\(\mathcal{E}\)) is established to trigger adaptive rerouting decisions. This working paper bridges the gap between classic pathfinding algorithms and sustainable urban logistics, offering a proactive tool for city-scale carbon neutrality goals.
