English

Proposes a carbon-aware household flexibility exchange, specified via the Platform Business Model Canvas and operationalized as a trade-reduction double auction with buyer values adjusted by a public carbon-intensity signal. It adds a revenue-grade verification and settlement rulebook (baseline, data admissibility, audits, penalties, disputes) and evaluates it with a reproducible trace-replay testbed on open GB data (REFIT Houses 1-5 + Carbon Intensity API). Reports baseline accuracy (House 1 MAE 0.101 kWh/30min), verified delivery (0.1000 capped vs 0.1706 kWh/HH-day uncapped), and signal-relative avoided emissions (4.18 vs 7.05 gCO2/HH-day).

In the global GX context

As ISSB/CSRD push verified emissions data and transition finance demands credible delivery evidence, this paper's revenue-grade verification and settlement rulebook offers a template for making flexibility-market carbon claims auditable. It bridges demand-side flexibility markets with carbon accounting, a gap in most TCFD/ISSB-aligned disclosure infrastructure.

📄 Abstract(原文)

Distribution-level flexibility markets can help grid operators and retailers defer reinforcement and manage congestion, but many designs treat emissions only as reporting and under-specify verification. We present a carbon-aware flexibility exchange specified via the Platform Business Model Canvas (PBMC) and translated into implementable rules for bids, clearing, verification, and settlement. The market clears per interval using a trade-reduction double auction whose buyer-side values are adjusted by a public carbon-intensity signal. We provide a revenue-grade verification and settlement rulebook (baseline construction, data admissibility, audits, penalties, disputes) and evaluate verification and signal-relative emissions effects with a reproducible trace-replay testbed on open Great Britain data (REFIT Houses 1-5 joined with Carbon Intensity API values). We report baseline accuracy (House 1 MAE: 0.101 kWh per 30 min $(\approx 202 W)$), verified delivery (0.1000 kWh/HH-day capped; 0.1706 kWh/HH-day uncapped), and signal-relative avoided emissions $\boldsymbol{(} \mathbf{4. 1 8} \mathbf{~ g C O}_{2} \boldsymbol{/} \mathbf{H H} \boldsymbol{-}$ day (total $\boldsymbol{7}. \mathbf{2 6 ~} \mathbf{k g C O}_{\mathbf{2}}$) capped; $\mathbf{7. 0 5} \mathbf{~ g C O}_{2} / \mathbf{H H}$-day (total $\mathbf{1 2. 2 6} \mathbf{~ k g C O}_{2}$) uncapped).
