ザンビア東部州の森林依存コミュニティを対象に、炭素クレジット事業への情報提供が住民参加に与える影響を調査。91世帯の調査から、情報提供の質と頻度が参加を促進する一方、情報非対称性自体は有意でないことを示した。透明なコミュニケーションと自由な事前の十分な情報に基づく同意の重要性を提言。
