Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a significant direction in modern business. In the context of globalization, sustainable development, and growing societal demands, companies are increasingly realizing that achieving economic profit alone is no longer sufficient for long-term competitiveness. The study aims to analyze the role and significance of corporate social responsibility in Georgian business, assess its development trends, and identify the main challenges associated with the practical implementation of CSR. The paper is based on the analysis of theoretical and empirical literature, a comparison of international practices, and a review of CSR activities of Georgian companies. The study shows that interest in CSR is growing in Georgia; however, its integration into businesses' strategic policies is still developing. The research confirms that the main areas of social responsibility in Georgian companies include environmental protection, support for education, employee well-being, and financing of community projects. Despite positive trends, challenges remain, including insufficient awareness of CSR, limited financial resources, and the lack of state regulations.
