This paper empirically analyzes the impacts of green finance policy on enterprise low-carbon transformation, revealing policy effectiveness and mechanisms. Using data on Chinese listed firms, it employs difference-in-differences and instrumental variable approaches to address endogeneity, showing that the policy promotes carbon emission reduction and technological innovation.
