📄 Abstract(原文)

The growing importance of sustainability information in financial and corporate sectors reflects an increasing focus on assessing risks and opportunities tied to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. However, the lack of a harmonized global framework has hindered the comparability and reliability of this information. This chapter reviews the main regulatory frameworks and sustainability reporting standards, highlighting the role of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and its IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards S1 and S2, which aim to establish a homogeneous global basis. Despite their initial implementation, these standards must coexist with local regulations such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), as well as widely accepted voluntary frameworks like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). This situation presents a challenge for companies, investors, and regulatory bodies.
