📄 Abstract（原文）
Existing approaches either focus on corporate diagnostics or assess sustainability at the level of the regional environment, without formalising the transition from an enterprise diagnostic profile to delineated corporate and regional decisions. The aim of the study is to develop and test an organisational and economic mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of industrial enterprises that formalises the transition from diagnostics through risk prioritisation to the delineation of intervention levels and the formation of targeted decisions. Sustainability was scored on a 1.00–3.00 scale with contour-based diagnostics and expert interpretation; the mechanism was tested on 2023–2025 data from four enterprises of contrasting sectors of one region. The five blocks of the mechanism – input, diagnostic, managerial, implementation, and result-adjustment – ensure a reproducible transition from diagnostics to a portfolio of feasible decisions. Enterprises within one aggregated sustainability zone differ substantially in the structure of constraints, which determines the individual configuration of corporate measures. Recurring regional-level constraints – workforce shortages, inaccessible long-term financing, infrastructure gaps, and weak cooperation – require complementing corporate measures with regional instruments. The results are applicable to the development of corporate sustainability programmes and targeted regional industrial policy measures.
