📄 Abstract(原文)
The article is devoted to the study of problematic issues related to the managerial aspects of ESG reporting and its integration into corporate accounting. The paper substantiates the feasibility of integrating ESG principles into the strategic management of enterprises as an instrument for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the context of socio-economic transformations. The article examines the specifics of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which has further strengthened disclosure requirements on sustainability issues and expanded the range of companies to which it applies. The opportunities created for companies adhering to ESG principles are systematized and justified, namely: strengthening managerial responsibility for implementing ESG principles; enhancing engagement with stakeholders; providing employees with the necessary knowledge and skills through education and training programs; monitoring changes in regulatory bodies; and employing advanced technologies. Conceptual foundations for integrating ESG into corporate accounting are developed. The key components of this model are identified, which should combine: institutional signaling, integrated reporting, the SEA-framework for assessing transparency and accountability, and the A3CG-method as a tool for evaluating the reliability of ESG reporting. A comparison of traditional financial accounting with the SEA-framework is conducted, and its advantages are highlighted. In the process of implementing the conceptual model of ESG-Governance within the corporate accounting system, it is proposed to use four interrelated blocks: the block of input factors, the block of managerial processes, the block of results, and the block of feedback and policy adjustment. The expediency of applying such an approach is proven.
