📄 Abstract(原文)

The article examines the fragmentation of product offerings by retail-segment financial institutions in Russia's financial market, which makes it difficult for a private investor to assemble a single portfolio combining investment and social attractiveness at an acceptable level of risk. Drawing on 2025-2026 data from the Bank of Russia, the Moscow Exchange and rating agencies, the study shows that the growth of the long-term savings programme, type-3 individual investment accounts and the ESG-bond market coincides with the discontinuation of investment-linked life insurance, creating a niche for new integration products. A model of a digital retail-investment platform governed by a self-regulatory organisation and open to both financial and non-financial organisations is proposed, together with three examples of integrating products into a single long-term integration product, combining state co-financing, market returns and measurable social impact. The economic rationale for both retail investors and participating organisations to join the platform is shown.
