📄 Abstract(原文)
The legal parameters for artificial intelligence and automation in investment environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards are transforming as nations, companies and investors seek to maintain innovation and accountability. AI and automation are increasingly used to evaluate sustainability data, predict climate change risks and guide responsible investment strategies. But without clear rules or ethical norms there will be great difficulties in building transparency and morale into green finance. Legally green investments are covered by a patchwork of environmental and financial laws that look to ensure funds are part of genuinely sustainable development rather than simply a matter “greenwashing.” As AI systems come to oversee such functions as portfolio analysis, impact measurement and carbon emissions accounting, it becomes all the more imperative to lay down clear legal prescriptions for data accuracy, fair algorithms and disclosure obligations on investors.
